Job Description:

As a B2B eCommerce Sales Representative at Webelocity, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and managing key client relationships. This role blends the dynamic nature of sales with aspects of account management, focusing primarily on sales development while also overseeing some account management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new B2B clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.

- Understand client needs and objectives to align our services effectively.

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day handling of client accounts as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective eCommerce strategies.

- Monitor and analyze eCommerce trends and market dynamics to identify sales opportunities.

- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

- Provide regular reports on account status, sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

- Address client concerns and provide solutions to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in B2B eCommerce or a related field.

- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
